PAINT
Windows, Doors, and Garage Door Liner
Our windows and garage door liner come standard in cream white. We have many paint options available, feel free to view the samples in our showroom. Painting any product incurs a painting charge. We will quote the additional upgrades based on which products you want painted. Beige is a 10% up charge.

Each home model comes with a standard white door based on the home package. If you desire a different door, we will quote the selected door and a discount of the standard door will be applied. Please refer to the Entryguard and Avanti brochures
to view options.

The default window and door package will be used if selections are not made before the selected date provided by Peterborough Homes during final sign off. FCI Windows is not responsible for contacting customers. It is the customer's responsibility to make their selections before the deadline provided by Peterborough Homes. Once a window/door package is ordered, we cannot and will not change the order.

upgraded, we are not responsible for the product after installation. A dummy slab will be provided, and the upgraded slab will be installed prior to closing. We cannot be responsible for any damage caused by contractors or homeowners after installation (once the roof is shingled). We can supply touch up paint to the customer in
an event of a scratch.
